Parking
Parking at the Russell-Arms is very simple and
straight-forward. There is public parking in front of the buildings as well as
limited spaces in the rear of the building for registered
tenants
only.
The church next door allows tenants of the
'Arms' to park on their lot with just 3 simple rules. No double-parking, no
parking on non-surfaced areas (keep off the grass!), and no parking next to the
church building. This is the churches gift to us, do not abuse it or the church
will withdraw their generous offer.
There are 12 spots in the rear of the building for residents of the 3304-3308
units. Carports for 8 cars keep your
car or truck out of the rain and snow, and there is an additional 4 open-area
spots also in the rear. Due to abuse by some previous tenants
Eichelberger recently announced some changes to the parking in the rear, see the
letter that was posted by clicking here.
If a vehicle driver blocks assess to the carport areas,
'double-parks' or otherwise causes a nuisance, their vehicle will be tagged for
towing. Examples of bad parking can be found by clicking
here.
There is an attached garage which will allow parking for 18
after extensive repairs are completed. Hopefully repairs will be done by the end
of the summer, allowing more people to have their cars in a covered environment.
Have questions about parking.
