Arms Tenants:
Parking
is permitted in the back of the building for 12 vehicles. Carports will hold 8
vehicles, there is a space for 2 vehicles at the southwest corner of the
building (by the driveway), and there is room for two vehicles by the stairs
leading to the 3304 unit, next to the building.
Any vehicles that are ‘double-parked’ in the carport
areas, or any vehicles that are blocking access to the carports or the garage
are subject
to towing without notice! If your vehicle is towed, it will be
your responsibility to pay for the release of your vehicle. There will be no
parking in the middle of the lot, except for building maintenance, or service
people who are there for a short amount of time. (moving vans, plumbers, service
vehicles)
We
will be working on the attached covered garage later this year to help reduce
the parking problem. When the garage repairs are completed we will have an
additional 18 parking spots available for use at a nominal charge.
We are
exploring other options to alleviate the parking issues. If there are more
complaints about the parking (blocking access), we may end all access to the
parking areas by installing a gate system to keep everyone out until a permanent
solution is made.
