We currently have 0 vacant two bedroom units
These units has a good view of some of
the great homes on Russell Boulevard.
We also have a one bedroom unit that offers a great view of the
downtown skyline that has been redone. New mini-blinds, re-finished wood floors,
and a new gas range !
There has been many inquiries about vacancies later in the
year, some as far as 6 months out. Starting later this month we will try to post
upcoming vacancies on apartments who lease terms expire. This is not to say that
the tenant will be moving, just to state that they have completed their lease
agreement and are free to move at that time if they wish to not sign another
lease.
